Guest farm

Familiarly and cosy ...

Guest farm

Claudia and Hans von Hase welcome you to the guest farm, which they have been running for years with great attention to detail. In a family atmosphere, you can enjoy a delicious dinner under the warm African sun, marvel at the sunset and chat with like-minded people.

In the morning, a rich breakfast buffet awaits you and at noon you can enjoy a delightful lunch. If you don't go flying, some coffee and homemade cake will be served to you in the afternoon.

You can cool down with a dip in the cool water. A refreshing drink at the bar in the shade completes the day.

And your glider is just a few steps away ...

Fresh and regional ...

Culinary delights from the farm kitchen

Enjoy freshly prepared food from the farm kitchen every day of the week in a relaxed and familiar atmosphere.

Whatever ends up on the table has had a very short journey. Most of the ingredients are provided directly from our home garden, citrus grove, and game reserve. The fresh milk comes daily from our Jersey cows and the eggs from our free-range chickens. The meat comes from wild animals and is seasoned with herbs from our garden.

Every day our chef prepares new magical delicacies from these regional and natural ingredients.

Artful - traditional - modern ...

Namibian handicraft

The creative soul of the farm Claudia von Hase appreciates and lives for Namibian craftsmanship. She is a trained goldsmith and passionately creates unique pieces of jewellery in her workshop in Kiripotib.

Whether traditional or modern, the artist draws inspiration from the treasures of the land.

Gold and silver fuse with diamonds, tourmalines, shells or even pods. You can see and buy these unique pieces at the Art Gallery at Kiripotib or even in one of the three shops: two in Swakopmund and one in Windhoek.

In the weaving workshop you can watch local craftsmen weaving carpets and even purchase the final products. You can choose your wool from the variety of colours and discuss individual wishes with Claudia and her team. Every carpet is an original. The used wool is self-dyed and comes from the Karakul sheep.

Exotic and fascinating ...

Pure nature

On the "Nature Drive" you will meet many other African animals in the wild.

The highlights: zebras, oryxes, giraffes, springboks and kori bustards

Treat yourself to a rest day from flying and we will gladly organise a tour to one of our neighbouring lodges. If you drive through the Kalahari with your eyes open, you will always discover something new.

The capital Windhoek, the coastal town of Swakopmund and the world's highest dunes in Sossusvlei are also worth a visit.
